Thank you, I try my best :) I absolutely hate using my money on products that don't work as intended and I know many other people do, however I think its better to try and help CM fix the problems and give them as much information as possible to work with and make them aware of issues and give them constructive feedback rather than just posting rude comments and calling CM bad names and saying that DR2.0 is garbage and fix your ♥♥♥♥ comments and bashing them on social media. Początkowo opublikowane przez Filip Lenz: Well, maybe it is for you, but I experience these hitches even with a locked and stable framerate below the refresh as is the Gsync standard. Our issue is brief microstutters and hitches at random, despite fairly consistent performance yeah? Like sometimes I'll only experience 3-5 noticeable ones during a short stage, although other times it seems like it's happening around most turns, but it's not caused by the FPS dropping by +30 like their USB issue. I saw video of that in action and it's causing massive frame drops at fairly consistent intervals. Have you tried tried disconnecting 2 of them to see if it's the same on a single display w/Gsync? I know some things aren't always great when it comes to multiple monitors.Īnyway, our Gsync issue seems different from the USB device stuttering people here and elsewhere are also discussing. It's a real Gsync monitor (three of them). Początkowo opublikowane przez pyide_maybe:Question for you, Trip: do you have a real Gsync display or using Nvidia's new adaptive sync support for Freesync monitors? It is the only reason I enjoy the experience.īest to you (and all Dirt Rally community members)! Honestly,l I would not even consider playing without my wheel. I am hopeful that they will have a quick and effective response. I had already seen your discussion with CM, and noted that you have focused their attention on this matter. If you want to read through the forum post I will link it for you.Ĭan you try unplugging your wheel and shifter if you have and try playing the game with a keyboard only, does the stutter go away? Filip, It's not an easy fix by pressing a few buttons but they have asked for our DxDiag to be sent to so they can analyse the issue a little deeper. No problem, hope the fix works for you so you can enjoy 2.0 :) I have spoken to CM on twitter and on the Dirt Rally forums about this stutter issue and they are looking into it. So very disappointing because the Dirt Rally series is by far my favorite time sink. CM really needs to deal with this matter. Sadly, I agree with you, Booitz, and all others who suffer this problem. I will continue to keep you posted on my progress. Try it - it might help.Początkowo opublikowane przez MrGrrnjeans:Thanks Filip, In the panel settings, Nvidia disabled VSync, disabled frame limiting, and enabled triple buffering.Īll tests were carried out in the game Dirt Rally 2.0 The capture is performed in the capture mode of a separate game window. Then, in the "Video" settings, OBS set a fractional FPS value: in the numerator 599968 in the denominator 10000. For myself, I solved this problem like this.įirst I went to the site and measured the exact frequency of the monitor on which the game is running. I don't know if this will help the others, but it's worth a try. I apologize in advance if you guys already ruled out this option i might have missed a message. Whoever has an 1080/60 elgato with a similar setup than mine or another way to capture screen with this capture method can help us out i think id rather have confirmation before throwing money out the window. I think using "video capture device" rather than game/display/window capture is the way to fix it. Also when i used to stream console games (using elgato) i didnt have this issue everything was really smooth even after hours of streaming. Same with chatbox, the animation at which the messages come in is still 60fps smooth while gameplay seems to be dropping under 60. If i use an mp4 file of a smooth 60fps video as a source now all of sudden everything appears to be smooth to me. I think the problem comes from the capturing methods. Yo guys i'm experiencing similar issue, cpu, gpu, network all piss chilling but i'm getting drops for no reason on preview/recording/stream no matter the settings used.
